Jelly Roll Says His Weight Loss Has Made Him A Better Father
Jelly Roll opened up after the live premiere of “Star Search” and shared how his weight loss has reshaped his entire life.
“I’ve gotten closer to God. I’ve gotten closer to myself. I’m a better father. I’m more present with my children.”
Jelly says he now coaches his son’s basketball team and feels capable of doing things he never imagined before.
“When you’re 550 pounds, you wonder if they have a seat big enough for you . . . you definitely don’t think about trying to coach a team.” Now, he says, “I feel physically better . . . I’m a whole different human.”
Jelly has two kids from previous relationships. Bailee Ann is 17 . . . and Noah Buddy is 9.
